Pedagogy and lesson design
Good children's training sessions need more than just sporting exercises - they need a clear structure, a motivating learning atmosphere and a pedagogical approach that takes children seriously. In this subject, you will deal with the question of how children learn, what they need at what age and how you can structure training sessions in a sensible, age-appropriate and varied way.
You will learn how movement learning works, what role language, role models and motivation play and how to create a coherent, child-friendly unit from individual exercises - from the beginning to the end. A particular focus is on practical implementation: rituals, use of materials, group division, game variations and reflection methods are taught in concrete terms.
A look at your own role as a trainer is also part of the course - between leadership, guidance and role model. The aim is to give children orientation, safety and enjoyment of movement - with heart, structure and pedagogical flair.
